The following terms used in this Agreement are defined below:

• "Platform" refers to the u9bd website, its mobile version, and all services included within it.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any person registered on this platform.
• "Account" refers to a user's personal gaming account on u9bd.
• "Bonus" refers to any incentive funds or benefits provided by the platform.
• "Bet" or "Wager" refers to the money spent to participate in any game or event.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum amount that must be wagered before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

2.1 Age Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to create an account on u9bd. The platform may request relevant documents to verify age at any time. If identified as a minor, the account will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts or managing accounts on behalf of multiple members of the same household is prohibited. If u9bd detects multiple accounts, it reserves the right to close all associated accounts.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be completely truthful, accurate, and up to date. Providing false information may result in account suspension or closure, along with forfeiture of all deposits and winnings. If any information needs to be changed, please contact the support team.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. If any unauthorized access or suspicious activity is detected on your account, you must notify u9bd support immediately. The platform is not liable for any loss resulting from third-party access to your account.

3.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods may be used to deposit funds into u9bd: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank and BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposited funds are generally credited to the account within a few minutes.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests typically take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process. Identity verification (KYC) may be required before withdrawal. Only the user's own payment account may be used for withdrawals.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on the u9bd platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Conversion fees may apply for transactions in foreign currencies.

3.4 Suspicious Transactions

If any unusual or suspicious transaction is detected, u9bd reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account and conduct an investigation. Legal action may be taken in cases of money laundering or fraudulent activity.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. Depositing ৳18,000 or more will yield the maximum bonus of ৳8,000, for a total balance of ৳26,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

All bonus funds must meet a 10x wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 in total wagers must be placed before the bonus becomes withdrawable.

4.3 Bonus Terms

• Each account is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they may only be used to play games.
• u9bd reserves the right to modify or cancel the bonus program at any time.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account termination.
• In any dispute related to bonuses, u9bd's decision will be considered final.

4.4 VIP Program

u9bd's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback benefits apply at each tier — up to 0.2% at Bronze, up to 0.5% at Silver, up to 0.8% at Gold, and up to 1.0% at Platinum. It is possible to progress to higher tiers gradually based on gaming activity.

5.1 Fair Play

All games on the u9bd platform are conducted fairly and transparently. Our games are developed by certified software providers, and results are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The use of any form of cheating, bots, or automated software is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts.
• Playing games using bots or automated software.
• Intentionally exploiting any technical flaw or vulnerability in the platform.
• Colluding fraudulently with or against other members.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Displaying obscene, threatening, or offensive behavior.

5.3 Technical Issues
